Nicholas was very prompt. He was very informative and explained what needed to be done and how he would complete the job. When I asked him if he could move my current opener to another door and install a new opener on the door with the broken spring he was able to give me the information and the cost quickly and he said he could do it now. He went work and completed it quickly. Nicholas explained the warranty and showed me how trouble shoot the system if I had a problem. Sean was awesome gave a good inspection with some investigation he noticed several issues with the previous installation that has been causing the problems with the doors functioning oddities gave some advice on how we could move forward. I really appreciate his honesty on the matter looks like we will be aiming to keep this door until we can have the entire assembly and door replaced.
