I had trouble opening & shutting my garage door. It got stuck in the open position & my neighbors called to tell me. We finally got it closed in the evening. I called & was able to get a 2hrvrepair/eval slot within hours. I really appreciated the prompt scheduling. My tech showed me how to oil the door to make the grinding sound disappear. I’ve had no problems since then. Thanks for your consistently high level of service.

Our technician, Jered, was amazing! He was able to come within a couple hours of our call, tried everything he could to fix our (17 year old) garage door opener but ended up installing a new one for us. He explained everything he was doing (in a way we could understand - lol) and walked us though all the details with the new model, including how to disengage during a power out, troubleshoot issues in the future, and even how pair it with our cars. He had a plethora of knowledge, he was kind, courteous, professional, and finished the job well before his estimated time. I wish all servicemen were as great as Jered :)

Christian was great! My complaint unrelated to Christian is calling twice to find out if our large door was under warranty and NOT getting a call back over a weeks time. I had to book an apt for a different door to get an answer...frustrating! I would hope you would take good care of customers AFTER they've handed you the $, and stand by your product/work.
