Overall good experience and would likely use again in the future. Scheduling an estimate was easy, our first tech was nice and seemed knowledgeable. There was a little mix up on the correct space the framing needed to be (we did that ourselves) so the initial install had to be rescheduled. No biggie, things happen. However, I will say the day of the initial install (scheduled between 1-3pm) I got a call early in the morning from a Dale wanting to know if he could come by in 20 mins to check our framing. This wasn’t necessarily an issue but this was a flip house and we don’t live on the property. When I called him back to let him know that was too short of notice and we couldn’t get there he was obviously irritated. I was a bit appalled. We we’re never warned of a possible same day site check and I feel the frustration was a bit misplaced. Fast forward to the second install day (remember the framing wasn’t exactly what they needed- again easy fix) and our tech, Jesse came out. He was prompt, nice, knowledgeable and got straight to work. He did a great job and we would be happy to work with him again. We did have that one silly issue but otherwise good company, great techs, and good price.

Quick to respond and dispatch a technician to repair the broken garage door springs. When Kris arrived he was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Explained the repair thoroughly , even gave us a couple options dependent on our financial situation. Kris knows his stuff...repaired the broken garage door springs and had us up and running in no time. Though a little expensive...very satisfied 👍
