Very nice gentleman qnd seemed to know his stuff but he talked so fast (literally) that it was hard to understand what he was saying at times. Would be nice if he would slow down his speaking especially when talking to older folks.

Glad the garage door is fixed. The tech did a good job. I just can not believe the outrageously expensive fees. I can't believe the charges total 1258. Still in shock but yes glad to door works.
