I would highly recommend this company, five stars. My garage door broke on a Monday morning, I called them and they came out two hours later to look at it, gave me a quote and were able to install the new one The next day when it was 20° out and there was snow on the ground. Excellent service! Pricing was upfront and very reasonable

I called for an appointment in the morning and was told to expect a repair technician that same afternoon. Anthony indeed arrived on time, and within 30 seconds diagnosed the problem and what was required to fix the door and controls. Adrian was great. Professional, polite and efficient. What wasn’t efficient was the time lapse between calling in the request for service and getting the call from the tech. He didn’t get the call until two hours after we put in the request! We were told he would arrive between 6 and 8 and he called us just before 8:00 saying he just got the call to contact us. Slow down/break at the switchboard??

Overall process was actually a pleasure. From speaking with Jessica over the phone on a weekend to Adrian arriving within an hour. Adrian was very knowledgeable about the door, springs, rollers, opener and cables. Adrian had it all repaired within an hour even with a pleasant conversation. No trying to over sale anything and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of in the least. Not many times do you actually feel good about spending money on repairs but this was one of those experiences. What’s crazy is there was no extra charge for a holiday weekend. Sean was the 1st tech that came out and repaired the cable that off the drum. Tony was the 2nd tech that came out and the roller that was put back on by the 1st tech kept coming off the track and I put it back in and the door magically worked every time Tony opened & shut the door. Kris was the 3rd tech that came out and he observed the roller that kept coming off the track was not rolling. He sprayed it with some lubricate and the roller seem to be working great.
