nicholas was prompt and professional. Nicholas rechecked the installation of the door spring in attempt to isolate the problem with the right half of the door not completely meeting and closing off the doors space from the outdoors. The cement floor has sunk about 1/2 inch over the years making it near impossible to completely seal off this space. I am disappointed to hear this but understand the relating details. I thank Nicolas for his efforts correct the problem.
