1096.00 dollars for replacement of 2 springs. I was rough quoted $300. I was out of town and since I said only replace 1 spring NOTHING else I was surprised to find that the tech talked my wife into 2 springs and whatever else came to $800 more. I’m pissed. It was deceitful at the worst and conniving at best. You lost a door sale. My intention was to replace the heavy wood door with a foam core aluminum door. I was just getting it working in my absence. Your service was the best I have ever seen. I called at 3:30 in a panic are door just broke. The person who took the call was so nice. She said he would be here between 6:00 and 8:00. He called and he was here by 5:15. It was Barry. Wonderful and very smart intelligent kind person. You don’t find this kind of service anywhere. Just to start off.. the last service call was awesome!!Price was negotiable & reasonable, the whole reason I called on 5/25/22. I will never again call you,since the last quote was outrageous to install a new opener... & was told it usually takes 5hrs to install, I was able to install myself in 2.5 hrs! Alone with no help..Customer LOST,Bye!
