He was very professional and pleasant and was able to repair both doors in a timely manner for a reasonable amount. We will certainly recommend Percision Door to our family and friends. Highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Our 20+ old opener failed late on a Friday night and while most other companies aren't even open on Saturday, Precision has a 24/7 emergency number you can call. Called them and they had a service tech (Jaylon) at our home within 2 hours. Jaylon examined the opener, gave us a few options and went right to work. An hour later he had the opener rebuilt and working along with servicing the entire assembly on both the problem door and servicing our other garage door. Their prompt response, ability to solve the problem and Jaylon's knowledge and service attitude makes for an easy 5-star recommendation. And the Veterans discount was a nice surprise. If/when we have a need for future garage door service Precision will be our first choice to call.
