Tech was fantastic but the doors are still missing the carriage hardware that was the whole reason we decided to get new doors. Also, the tech advised that there was an option to upgrade the hardware and get lifetime warranty on the product and the rollers would especially be a sound investment as they will go out first. I am pretty frustrated that this option wasn't even offered to me at the time of the quote, I had no idea it was something to consider and now if I wanted to take advantage of it, I would have to pay for another service call to have them swapped out which adds to the cost and minimizes the value to me.

Adrian was very helpful and more than willing to explain the different options available that would remedy my problems. He pointed out that there should have been two springs on my double door (he showed me that there were two at one time) which would have been easier on the opener. As it was, he installed the second spring, replaced the existing one (so I didn't have issues with the old one) and put in the quietest door opener I've ever heard. Very satisfied. I will be contacting Precision (Adrian if he is still working there) when the time comes to replace the door panels (8-12 years down the road).
