Adrian Workman was on time, courteous and well informed. He answered all my questions clearly and listened to my concerns. He gave information regarding levels of repair and alternatives to product choices. He stayed until after 5 pm to finish repair which was very helpful. I wanted to close my garage door and be able to open it early Monday morning. Written information about choices for iphone compatible products for door control would have been appreciated. Thank you for a smooth quite operating garage door motor and repairs on my existing channels, hardware, rollers and support structure. I love that I can reliably push a button and my door just opens! Four and 1/2 years ago Precision Door replaced the spring on my garage door and it had just begun sticking. They set up an appointment for the next day and arrived on time just after a phone call saying they were on their way. A pleasant young man checked everything out and it was just gunky and needing lubrication. He lubed it, turned up the power (who knew?) and showed me what to do next time. Pleasant experience. Twice. I will call again if I need garage door help.

1st off, we got a call from Jered letting us know that he was running early and asking if we were OK with him starting early. Of course we were and appreciated the call. Jered is a very professional and personable technician who performed the service necessary for the Lube and Tune special. We discussed the possibility of replacing our wood garage doors and door opener sometime in the future and he discussed some options and emailed some PDFs with the information and costs. I will be asking for him to perform future service as needed.

Salesman and installation technicians were amazing. The response from the business was terrible after we placed a deposit. Received an email that are three doors had arrived and we would receive a phone call in a couple days to schedule the installation. After waiting approximately a week we placed multiple phone calls to the number on the email...no return call. My impression at the time was the business had my deposit and really didn't care about me. The installation technicians were outstanding. As a note one of my panels needs to be replaced and I am waiting for the correct door openers. Again, very disappointed with the lack of communication.
