Our outside keypad stopped working. The batteries died. Now we know how to replace them. We like Ben and were pleased he’s still with the company. We met him in February 2023 when he did maintenance check-up and sold us on heavier duty, and quieter, rod pins. He’s friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Not happy at all. I asked for a second remote. They showed up and billed me over $333 dollars to say the part was obsolete, but billed me for the remote anyway. I paid this money and received nothing - asked for a supervisor to reverse charges. He never called but I was told charges were reversed (still there this morning). On top of this I paid $559 to install a new control with 2 remotes, expecting the service charge to be reversed and a refund on a remote I paid for but never received. Look for another company!

I had a cable break, and my door was crooked and jammed. Adrian was on time. He explained what I needed, and some things I should do. He replaced the Cable and the Berrings. I worked through the repair and then lubricated all moving parts. Adrin is the kind or repair person you always hope you get.

I called at 8 AM and Sean showed up an hour later and had my broken spring fixed in under an hour! Precision was excellent to work with and all their employees treated me with extreme respect and superior service! I have already reported that Hollis did good work in installing the new door. As it turns out there was one small "glitch," and Adrian was sent to fix it. Adrian was courteous and competent.
