Christian came to fix our garage door the same day we called. He was professional, polite and extremely helpful after a failed diy “fix” we tried that made the problem even worse. We would highly recommend Precision, and will call again if we need anything.

Stephen was very nice, but your pricing was "way" higher than your competitor who quoted me their emergency service price which was double what their normal price would be. Your regular pricing was considerably higher than their emergency pricing... which is why we didn't have the work done. One hundred fifty dollar service call down the drain. :-(

I put in a request to AHS as my garage door was not closing. I had to manually close it. Anthony called me the next day and immediately scheduled an appointment the next day. He was also tge tech that installed my garage door opener a few years ago. He remembered me and my house and immediately saw that the door was cracked in half. So, I ordered a a double insulated vinyl door. I received a call later from a salesman that they were giving me a free upgrade to a triple insulated steel door which was normally an additional $800. They had it in stock and could replace my door quickly. It was a wonderful door and a great Christmas present. Very soon after that I hadJacob, Sebastian, and Corey come to my house and replace the door. They stayed until everything worked perfectly on it. The door is amazing and these men did a wonderful job installing it in an expedient manner! I am a very happy customer all the way around! Thanks Precision Doors!

Adrian was terrific!! Worked his butt off in a cold garage. Installation perfect. Not a spring replacement as noted above but two complete new drive systems. Lots of hard work. Hope the new Genie system is will last a long time. So far it is terrific.
