Stephen was very courteous and professional, and did a quick repair on my garage door. He quoted a price for a new door if I should decide to do that, but the door is working fine for now. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quick response to my problem, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision in the future. Thanks!

New system installed bought another remote. Sean repaired the arm thingie 2x4 original was installed incorrectly which caused door to malfunction. Sean did an excellent job explaining everything he did. Was extremely knowledgeable and patient I can sometimes be thicker than bricks. I’m not sure which opener was installed. Sean deserves more than a 5 star rating from me. Next month he will be installing same system in my old garage!

Sean was amazing! He even called me while he was on his way and offered to grab me a cup of coffee. Customer service was superb and he was extremely efficient and fixed our issue quickly. Used Precision twice before for different doors and issues and will continue to use them moving forward. Process was super simple to get the problem fixed. Went to their website last night to book an appointment and had the problem fixed by 10:00am the next day. Thank you Sean and Precision of Spokane!

Garage door was not working properly. Sean and Jaylon came out promptly. They were both courteous and informative . They diagnosed the problem and made several adjustments to the door which corrected the problem we were having. The problem was completely repaired within 2 hours of my call.
