Our original garage door was damaged Thanksgiving and because its a custom door, we had to order a new one. While there were a few communication gaps while waiting for the door, the Assistant Branch Manager Sean Smith ironed everything out. When all the part arrived, the install crew lead by Hollis Durland professionally went over everything and got the new door installed, along with tracks and tension spring. The team was friendly and polite - the new door was installed faster then I expected. My wife and I are highly satisfied with the services we have received from Precision and recommend them to anyone needing a repair or replacement

the workers were pleasant, Did the job well, the installation looks and appears to be good. They were good at cleaning up all the mess and left the garage as they found it. They were happy that they didn't have to take time to move anything out of their way. As time goes on we will let you know how everything is working and if we have any issues that need addressing, The head installer did mention that he would have used a higher quality priced door, but this one is adequate for our needs. The price was already way more that we could afford, so we hope that this door and all the springs last us another 20 years.
