I was overjoyed when I called Precision that I could have a tech to my home within 90 minutes! Unheard of service time! Barry was very professional, personable, persistent to find all the issues not just the major one. He was here until almost 10:00 pm ! ! I could not have had a better technician for what I needed - we chatted as I’d go in and out while he worked. His knowledge level was superior, his smile and attitude was exceptional and I have a working garage door - what a blessing for me. I even chatted with his wife as she was concerned at the time - his dinner was waiting in the microwave😁. This wasn’t exactly what I’d planned to do just before Christmas, but I’m thrilled God provided the perfect technician and my door works. Ben came to repair the opener and found that the old unit motor was worn out. He reviewed the new possibilities with us and we ended up purchasing a whole new opener. He came again today and installed the new unit. We found him to be very knowledgeable about installations and he had to adjust several things due to the height of the door and the clearance needed for our camper. Precision Door Service provided Great customer service and communication from the time I first called to completion. Kept me appraised of the appointment and progress all along the way as well as the property tenant via text, e-mail and phone -was awesome. Tech was knowledgeable and timely in service call and install completion. Improvement Feedback: Tenant reports scrap bolts, washers and sheetrock left on garage floor and driveway left behind job site. Great experience overall and will use Precision again on future rental units.

Barry did a great job installing my new garage door opener. He originally came over to find out what was wrong with my opener, but I decided to have a new one put in and he offered to install it right away. He was very efficient and kind. I will recommend Precision to anybody who is looking for a great garage door service.

After getting to the root of the problem, Barry replaced worn-out photo eyes. He also trimmed the hangers, which before were poking down too low, and adjusted to make sure everything was aligned correctly. Very courteous and helpful!
