My husband and I are disappointed with the service we have received and feel we have been ignored by Aaron. We are going to another company to get estimates. Barry was unable to repair the old opener and so left after about 20 minutes with the $80 service fee. Afterward, my husband asked why he didn’t suggest to me that he could put in a new opener so that we could still use our existing garage doors. I felt the problem may have had a temporary solution that was never offered.

The garage door was only opening halfway following a power outage over the weekend. Kris quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was pleasant and helpful.

Tom did a good job repairing the door. HOWEVER I can't say the same for office and sales dept. I received a garbled voice mail from somebody that my door parts had arrived and to call and schedule the install. I had to go through 4 different people at 3 different #'s to get to the right person who called. This took 2 days to accomplish. Nobody seemed to know what was going on at all. I called the sales person and he knew nothing about it. At that time I asked him to also put some door seal on the job because the old one was damaged beyond repair. Apparently it went in one ear and out the other. I am now stuck with another service call to get that fixed. Which I am reluctant to pay. It sound to me that there is a gross disconect among office staff and sales staff. Sounds like maybe a lack of training or something. Tom was great(install tech) rest???????
