Thomas did a great job of installing the new door and repairing the existing door. The problem I had was to try to get in touch with somebody at precision door company that I could talk to direct. To tell me that I should be concerned about the environment how I should pay my bill. Spend more effort on customer service.

Barry was sent out to diagnose why our garage door wouldn't go down and also some excessive popping noises coming from the door as it went up and down. Barry arrived on time looking professional and went straight to work figuring out what the problem was. Before he left he had solved all the issues with the door and door opener.
