The tech who was sent advised that we needed to purchase numerous items and reconfigure our doors. The estimate was very expensive. The problem was a cable that goes to the spring broke. The spring was fine. We just needed the cable replaced. The tech was supposed to call me from the site but didn’t. He had no solution for the broken cable. He had less than 1 year xperience. In all. Felt that it took a long time to end with a bad solution. Wasted time. I contacted another company and the went by and fixed it on the spot at a reasonable price. I’ll be calling them on future needs. Thumbs down on Precision
