Great service. Thomas was very professional, quick and thorough. The only issue was the telephone communication with the office (via phone.) Thomas made me feel valued and wanted as a customer. The schedulers left me feeling frustrated and cold (yet we needed the service.) I'm very glad they have a technician like Thomas for actual work being done, interacting with the customer and saving the company's image from the schedulers.

Barry was a very competent technician who diagnosed the problem right away. He took the time to lubricate and adjust the cables and springs. My only complaints are 1. We were told by the scheduler that he would arrive between 2 and 4. He called at 3:30 and told us that he had been double booked and would not arrive until 4:15. Ultimately this consumed our entire afternoon As a result ,I had too miss a zoom meeting at 4:30 2. We were also told that the technician would be masked and that we too needed to comply with the mask mandate. Barry never wore a mask (nor, to be fair, did I ask him too).
