Berry was awesome! Being it was a call back service. He did a great job doing inspection on our total door system. Did things right, to insure done right the first time. I appreciate his honesty an care value to a 3 time customer. I give him a top rating!! FYI, wasn't happy to have to do a call back. And that my door was inoperable a day after a 600.00 original service! Then to find all the additional problems. One in particular, a rod that was almost completely broken. Could have been a real issue, within minimal time.

Garage door was catching on the bottom rubber strip when it opened. Anthony did a temporary solution until the 8th when he is going to permanently repair the problem. He is very thorough and hopefully found a fix for it.
