This was an urgent request on a Friday morning, as our garage door spring had broken in 2 places. Anthony came out about 12 noon and made the repair and saved the day! Our cars had been stuck in the garage and we couldn't get to work otherwise. Thank you for your prompt attention same day!

We had our garage door panel replaced. Ben Balderree was our technician, he was able to start earlier than expected and was completed with our repair in under 20 minutes. Ben was very professional and thorough, ensuring that our garage door was operating correctly, and cleared all the waste from the job site. Ben did an excellent with our repair and ensuring our garage door was operating correctly and answered all of our questions.

Kris came out to inspect my garage door because it would not open. I was happy that Precision was able to make it out the next day. He ended up installing a Precision Door Service Synergy 270 opener with 7ft belt rail. He was able to install it the same day! Very thankful that he got my garage door back up and running within hours. I would recommend this company and Kris to anyone looking for repairs and/or product. Kris was very professional, friendly and cleaned up any mess that might have been left behind. Thanks so much!

I didn’t need a spring repair as it shows above. That was taken care of several years ago. It was your garage lube and tune up. When Anthony arrived he told me there’d be a service call fee. Your ad didn’t indicate a service call fee. Anthony was very pleasant and called his boss and he was able to tune & lube the door for the $45.95 as advertised. Anthony is very pleasant and handled the price confusion well. I also appreciate your company being honest and accommodating. I’ll continue using your services, which eventually will include a new garage door. Thank you
