Kris came out to check my old, broken garage door. I am a young, single homeowner and costly repairs can be daunting but Kris walked me through all the options. He came back to install the new motor, arriving right on time and getting the work done quickly. Kris was very friendly and made sure I knew how to operate everything before he left. The appointment was for and annual inspection of the Garage Door & Opener, with the installation of a new "back-up battery" to replace our 4-year old battery. A "light guide" for the battery's green/red light charging indicator was also installed. Ben was excellent. He listened to what I had to say about what was going on with the opener, and he let me make the selection as to whether or not to change the battery. He was great at troubleshooting the requirement.
