Your tech came out went through the routine of resetting the opener, got it to work, and then did a test on the opener by shutting off of power. Problem reoccurred, so he kept working on it, retesting it each time until he finally got it to work Tech did a great job figuring out the problem. He was very professional and appeared determined to alleviate the problem.

There was a mix-up with the appointment I made via the website. Somehow the appointment didn't show up on Precision's end even though I got a confirmation email. Thankfully, they were still able to get a tech out to my place later in the day. Scott more than made up for the earlier frustration. He was personable and professional and was able to install a new opener efficiently. Thank you Scott! I am so glad I can get my car out of the garage again!
