Anthony was great. He pushed the button and it opened. He must have the magic touch. The next day it stopped working again and I’m back operating by hand. It’s obviously a more complex problem, so we need another visit. Working intermittently is the issue and someone needs to get up on a ladder and take the Genie apart

As we got into the repair, we found more wear than expected. Adrian provided us with options and associated costs for each option. His assistance helped us to land on a solution.
