I had to replace springs and existing door opener still did not work. Figured it had burned out so decided to get a new one. After installation, the new opener did not work. Turned out my GFI outlet in garage had apparently died, so no power in garage. Jered plugged the opener into an outlet in my mechanical room with an extension cord and opener worked. Electrician installed a new GFI outlet and plugged my new opener into the surge protector Jered had installed. The door closed and electrician left. I then tried my remotes from outside and they did not work, nor did the outside box, nor did the inside control. Jered came back the next day (now the third day in a row to get this installed and working properly). He reset the opener and we tested repeatedly. Everything worked fine and is still working fine. The experience turned out to be a lot more complicated than just a broken spring, but Jered was wonderful through it all. Could not have asked for a better technician! Everyone I talked with was great and very accommodating in scheduling this to get it done quickly and correctly. I am very pleased with the service I received!

Nicholas inspected the door and discovered that it had a potentially dangerous problem which could result in the door failing at some point. Because of lack of availability of replacement panels for the door, he recommended replacement. He was very helpful and pleasant.

Very happy with Barry Deschamps work repairing my broken spring as well as identifying other worn parts on my door. He had all the parts on his truck. the door was realigned and the opener adjusted so the door is now smooth and much more quiet than before. Excellent attention to detail.

The cord that you pull to release the opener when the electricity is off was broken off. The tech did service the opener but did not put a new cord on. I was disappointed to find that when I got home. My husband was here when the tech did the service I'm thinking he did not mention it to Scott but assumed the tech would have checked all.

Jered came back out today to install a belt driven garage door opener, along with an access keypad on the outside of the garage. Wow, the unit sounds fantastic, nice and quiet, and works excellent! Jared was just as pleasant and helpful this time as he was when he came for the repair job last week. Showed up on time and ready to work. Super great attitude and customer service, and made everything super easy for me to deal with. Thanks for doing such a great job!
