We recently had a broken garage door opener replaced which necessitated replacing additional hardware (springs, sensors, remote keypad and remotes). The technician kept us informed of his status so that we knew when to expect him and he arrived well within the appointment window. He explained what he was going to need to do and executed the work quickly and efficiently. When he was done, he took the time to show us how everything worked including how to maintain the door hinges and rollers. We are very pleased with the service we received!

Tech called to say he could come earlier for appointment if it was convenient for me. It was. Went to work promptly, checked out door rollers and drive motor. Determined problem was too much load on motor,, causing it to stop operating. Lubricated all moving parts, reset motor and door now works as good as new. Work performed professionally and courteously. Five Star Rating

I had to replace springs and existing door opener still did not work. Figured it had burned out so decided to get a new one. After installation, the new opener did not work. Turned out my GFI outlet in garage had apparently died, so no power in garage. Jered plugged the opener into an outlet in my mechanical room with an extension cord and opener worked. Electrician installed a new GFI outlet and plugged my new opener into the surge protector Jered had installed. The door closed and electrician left. I then tried my remotes from outside and they did not work, nor did the outside box, nor did the inside control. Jered came back the next day (now the third day in a row to get this installed and working properly). He reset the opener and we tested repeatedly. Everything worked fine and is still working fine. The experience turned out to be a lot more complicated than just a broken spring, but Jered was wonderful through it all. Could not have asked for a better technician! Everyone I talked with was great and very accommodating in scheduling this to get it done quickly and correctly. I am very pleased with the service I received!
