Good service and great to post a picture and background of the technician in advance who is going to show up. Ours was a simple fix and hinge and spring lubrication was also purchased - although the price for that is about twice what it should be. Stephen was on time and very professional.

Kevin was great and did a great job. The garage door opener I ordered would not work for my door, so Kevin returned with the one that would. Kevin told me that the new one was much less expensive than the one I originally ordered and someone would call me to let me know the new price. I have heard NOTHING FROM ANYONE!!! I was given a 10% veterans discount as well as another 10% discount because they had to reschedule 3 times, causing me to take extra time off work causing me to lose a lot of money. I do not even know how much I paid for this as I paid in cash for the first one and was told I would have a credit coming back to me. I am very upset about this. Kevin was very helpful, but the people in charge of customer billing leave much to be desired!!! I do not expect that anyone actually reads these, but I hope they do. Keep Kevin close, that kind of help is hard to find, but those in charge of the money need a lesson in customer service.

Jesse and company did an awesome Job considering what they had to work with.The garage is older and the height is not ideal. They took their time and did a nice job. reframed the garage doors perfectaly. Jesse was awesome coming back to finish the job as I had to modify the roof so the side mounted garage door openers would fit. The next garage I have that needs a new set up I will definitely be calling you guys. Pleasure doing business.

They also recommended the person who removed the two old single garage bay doors and revised the garage for a single double-wide bay door and we were very pleased with his work as well. Precision was very accommodating in working to get the new door installed as quickly as possible after the remodeling work was done and before winter weather set in. Outstanding service by Precision Door Service and our technician, Adrian Workman. Adrian quickly diagnosed out problem and dug deeper to see if other parts suffered any degradation due to the main spring being broken. He pointed out a frayed cable and faulty bearings. Before he initiated any direct work, he provided us with an in-depth and accurate cost estimate so we knew what to expect. HIs service was prompt, professional and personable. I will definitely hire Precision and Adrian again, should the need arise.
