We pretty much knew what we wanted and Tim managed to give us exactly that. We were kept up to date on product shipment from the factory and when it hit Precision's dock, we were able to get it installed the next day. Jesse was our Installation Tech and he did a great job. He dove right in and got it done faster than we had expected. It looks great and is really really quiet. What's not to like! We happily recommend Precision to anyone who asks where we got our door.

He explained the issue, gave me alternatives and explained them all. He was able to fix the issue today in a fast and timely manner. Sean was on time, professional and well educated on garage doors and openers. I had some issues left from a previous installer that he addressed (professionally and not condescending ). He noted some issues were installed incorrectly and that that the doors were not installed correctly. He provided a very fair bid for the work to repair.
