This was for adjusting the Safety Pressure Reverse setting and also Service and maintenance. Adrian was knowdledgeable and helpful. He made the adjustment then created documentation for me to submit to the people that are buying the house. He also answered questions I have had about what I should do for preventive maintenance. I hired Precision in 2011 when I bought my home to replace old motors at home. They did a great job. 5 years ago they were called again to replace my broken spring, also did a fantastic job. Then about 2 months ago we called to get new openings and a new key pad as we’ve misplaced, lost or broken our door openings and our keypad failed. They were prompt and took great care of us fixing all the issues and we began discussion my hope to replace the doors. After a thorough discussion, guiding to some no interest finance we ended up ordering and planning for the garage doors I’d always hoped for. Yesterday they came to install. Jesse was amazing! This guy was so efficient, polite, and courteous. He showed up and immediate got to work. He was alone and managed to remove my two heavy wood doors and all parts and install my new doors in just about 4 hours! They told me to prepare for all day and he did it in just about half the time and he did a fantastic job! My new doors are so quiet, beautiful and I know they were installed right! Precision is my go to now for door installation and repair. Jesse would be my requested tech in the future as well. As a business owner myself seeing someone with his hustle and efficiency as well as also being kind and courteous was impressive. My dad was here through install and worked in management most of his life and he was also so impressed with Jesse. Never saw him doing nothing! The entire team every time has been great from the sales team, scheduling team, office staff and all the installers. I highly recommend precision garage doors of Spokane.

Our garage door broke and Jered was able to come out same-day and get everything fixed. He was very patient and thoroughly explained all of our options to us. He got our door fixed and installed a new motor for us. I appreciate him dealing with our indecision on whether or not to get a motor and being okay when we decided that’s what we wanted in addition to the door being fixed. He was so nice. Genie Opener replaced with a PDS Premium 370 (Marantec 370) unit. The installer (Christian Worthy) tried unsuccessfully to restore the connection from my 2011 Buick Lucerne garage door opener feature that worked beautifully with the Genie unit. The Buick dealership called today and I'm hoping they can achieve a workaround, making it possible for me use the car's opener feature (and abandon the separate opener. Because I found no reference to the model and, uncertain that Buick will have access to the Premium numbering system, I suggested to Christian that the invoice (and operating manual) should reference the Marantec information. If the attempted pairing Christian attempted had worked, everything would be great. As it is, I've spent a good bit of time chasing down a solution, which has not yet been achieved. P.S. Since submitting the text above yesterday or the day before, Christian has worked with me to identify a solution. He has alerted me to the following: "Buick/GM went away from 'Homelink' to a proprietary system and it caused a class action lawsuit. Their solution was a 'repeater' system that allowed a bypass/ solution to the issue to avoid any further conflict however they have since stopped producing the solution and started complying with new vehicles. Unfortunately as a result older GM vehic.es are not comparing newer operators." I have passed Christian's findings to the local Buick dealer. Thanks to Christian for going this extra mile.
