Your two excellent team members showed up and quickly assessed my door problem. Replacement of a bent rail, rollers and tension cables proceeded smoothly and soon I was back in service. Everything was balanced, adjusted and tuned up. I even saw them cleaning up a couple smudges off the door an lubricating some existing parts. I appreciate the professional, courteous and upbeat attitude of the service reps as they completed their work. It made my day to get my door back again!🤗👍😊👌 Thank You All Precision of Spokane!!

Anthony came right on time and promptly fixed the door; it needed to be realigned and the bearing rollers needed to be replaced. He was very professional and friendly. I also asked him for information about replacement doors; he provided me with information and quotes- but no sales pressure. I think that I will call on Precision in the future to replace the door (it's looking sort of shabby, but it still works).
