I called today to get my door repaired and they were able to get me in right away. My technician, Sean Yahrling, was great. He gave me several option without the pressure to get the most expensive option. Great work. I will definitely be using them again.

Prices are outrageous!! Kris was very efficient and friendly and did a very good job! But those prices like I said are horrible for example the 16' piece of pipe cost me $150, Springs $199 ea! what materials are these things made of? I there gold or titanium in them. Bottom line, prices are very very high, but service was excellent!

Jered did a great job by evaluating our issue as we originally thought it was our censors being the problem. He needed to test the censors, the wiring, and all the way to the motor itself which was the problem of origination. He was able to fix the motor and get everything working properly in a very timely manner.

my opener stopped the door before it could open or close. Christian reset it and it did the same thing again. He tried several times to do a total reset with no results so ended up replacing it for me. I was not charged for the service call because we purchased the new door and opener from Precision and the opener was under warranty. I'm very happy with the work that Chris did and glad I can close my garage door again.
