Anthony was very communicative and told me exactly when he'd be at our Rental. He accessed the problems and developed a plan to fix it. He ordered the parts (including discounts) and gave me the timeframe for the parts to arrive. He was very professional and even gave his cell and told me to call whenever I had a question about our doors! Simply the best customer service period!!

Jesse Way took down the old garage door and installed a new door, plus all the fixtures involved, including new opener and keypad. It runs so much quieter than my old door (which had many problems). He was on time, polite, quiet and answered all my questions. Now, 2 days later, the new door is still working...as expected...and WILL keep working "at the touch of a button." Thank you!
