Had a broken garage door spring. Called and got an appointment that same day and the technician, Sean, actually showed up early. He took some time to assess my door and provided an estimate with several choices. I made the decision, he went to work, and finished promptly. While overall, it was more expensive than I thought it would be, what else isn't these days.

We like the new garage door. It blends very well, for the most part and appears to be of good quality. However, I have been waiting to write a review until after I saw how my concern was addressed. Which quite frankly I thought might be addressed either the same day of installation or yesterday. I had first noticed that one of the trim pieces was a different darker shade and then realized today that there are actually two trim pieces that are darker. I will be glad to write a review when the work is finished.

Precision was on it! Within 24 hours of notifying my warranty company on a Sunday, Precision called me back within 2 hours that same day to schedule Sean for early Monday morning.
