Revive response was quick. I appreciate Dale coming out,informing us that we needed to get proper electrical outlet for door opener so he could do a proper assessment of the issues we are having. After fixing the electrical issue, he was back today again, assessing the motor needed to be replaced. After getting call/confirmation that AHS approved repairs, tech Nicholas called, said he would be here shortly. He replaced/installed new motor assembly quickly. The new motor assembly is amazingly quiet, operates smoothly. Thank you, Steve&Brenda

We were texted at 2:37PM saying a technician was on the way and it is now 4:13PM and we are still waiting. With the house being a rental home we rushed to get to the rental. I feel that you should notify someone when the technician is actually on their way. I have also called twice to see where the technician is and how far out he is and both times we were told they would check with technician and let us know or have the the technician let us know how long it would be. We are still waiting and it is now 4:17PM We are very frustrated by this. Thanks, Shawna Rinck
