I am beyond impressed! I called this morning and was given a time frame for the repair. Adrian showed up ahead of schedule, which was wonderful! He was friendly and knowledgeable and figured out the problem quickly. In no time he fixed the problem and walked me through everything. The whole transaction between the phone call to Precision and the payment was two hours. They have found a loyal customer in me. Thank you!!
