Dale in Spokane office did fantastic work getting Adrian out asap to help recode my keypad which was not working properly. Adrian was very personable and professional. All was good. My criticism is the 888 help number never got anything set up for me very easily. Two weeks ago I called and no one ever called me back for service. Yesterday I was told/emailed 3 different times a service tech would come out. Not happy about that!!

Kris was great. Professional and efficient. Bait & switch quote and sales process not so great. Over the phone quote was $49 service call + spring 149 - 180. Final bill was 3X. 😫 Actual cost $780 once technician added second spring (we always strongly recommend install two new ones - not mentioned over the phone. + Flanged ball bearing for center and end plate, etc. Your customers will have more respect for you if you are honest and address additional probable charges up front. I would recommend you to others - with a precaution and asterisk!!

Very professional service. Wife and I needed some maintenance on our existing garage door, i.e. new rollers, springs, wheels etc. I usually just fix things myself but a garage door isn't something I necessarily wanted to mess around too much with. Sean came out the next day and recommend what we should replace, and a full diagnosis for free. All prices and work were explained to us beforehand which is always appreciated (No surprise fees!) Our garage door was having issues opening and closing. Once Sean was finished with all of the maintenance the door has been performing great with no issues. I would strongly recommend Precision Garage for almost any of your garage door needs.
