Garrett was very knowledgeable and respectful. Even though the garage door opener was magically working when he arrived I had him inspect it to see if something was loose or needed to be replaced. He tightened parts and oiled the garage door but didn’t find anything that needed to be fixed. I was impressed with Garrett’s professionalism.

I was looking for a quote on a garage door opener, but it turns out we really need to replace our very old, heavy, steel door. I was prepared for that possibility. The young man who came out was great. We have quotes from him, and are deciding on a new door. I think we're going to go with a one piece, 8X16 door in basic white. Anyway, your guy was great. Very helpful. Nicholas seems like one of those employees who gets the job done and doesn't cause the owner headaches. Those folks are usually keepers. At least that was my assessment. We'll probably get the new door after the holidays.
