The person who came out and installed was not the person who sold me the garage door. So I am sorry but I don't remember their names. Both we very professional and nice. The person who installed the garage door was really good and knowledgeable. he made sure I have latches and handles added to the door for easier opening of closing the door. He was very good and cleaned up after his work. That is something I appreciate.

Sean was wonderful! He remembered to give me a call ahead of time and he arrived on time. He quickly and efficiently showed me how to properly take the cover off of my keypad. Precision Door is awesome! Sean is a great tech and representative of the business! The old remote died and we had no way of opening the door. Sean worked his magic and got the door release engaged. He then installed an emergency access lock/cable; plus provided a universal remote to replace the old. Once again they met and exceeded expectations!

Service was excellent. Had no problems. Discussed opening door manually with serviceman. Solved. Door is in good shape otherwise except for an indentation on outside of door. Does not need attention at this time.
