This was an absolute terrible experience. The technician that measured the door did so incorrectly. There were several other issues. One of the panels is dented and the light doesn’t work. They are supposed to be here tomorrow to look. The installers are courtesy but if you are not able to properly train sales staff the experience will never be good. The installers also need to be trained to do a full walk around of the doors so damage can be noted before they leave.

The crew came out got right to work taking my old garage door down and had the new door and motor up quickly. My questions were answered and I was told to call if I had any problems with the new door. Everything was removed and taken when they left so I had no clean up to do.

Jered was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He provided expert advice and recommendations for repairs and maintenance of our garage door opener, springs, track assembly and other components. He provided option and explained the differences of each option. As the work was being accomplished to replace the tension springs, Jered explained what he was doing and why. He also kept his work area clean and professional. Once installation was completed, he checked the garage door for ease of use to ensure it was working properly. I highly recommend to my friends, family, and coworkers. He treated our home as if it were his own home! Thank you for a job well done!
