He was very thorough in showing us existing problems we have and the possible scenarios if we don't get them corrected. Kris did an excellent job; quick, complete and remediated a problem with my other garage door opener that was installed last year. When I told him I was disappointed that the garage door opener didn’t work unless I was close to the door, he knew right away that the antenna needed to be moved thus extending the range. Thankful that he came today!

What Kris did was quite simple. All he had to do was adjust the sensors. That was something I could have done myself. After, I felt rather silly that he came to my place to do something that I could have done. However, he know way made me feel stupid or silly. I appreciated that.

Tom did a great job installing the new garage door opener. I could have had it installed five days earlier had I been able to get back to Tom the Saturday before. Tom had been at my house that Saturday and said he could install it right away. But I had to contact the owners to get approval. A half hour later I had the approval and tried to call Tom, but got the receptionist even though I called the number that Tom had called me from earlier. The receptionist could not contact Tom (I don't know why), so I had to wait five days to get my opener installed. Seems like the person answering your phone would be able to contact techs in the field. That was a service flaw. Could have been five stars, but your not quite there.
