Kevin Bewick was the tech, not Jesse Way. I had panel #3 damaged from hail. The tech was to install a new replacement panel. Kevin brought a panel #1 with him so he had to remove the bottom rubber seal. That left small holes in it from where the screws were used. Kevin didn't have any way to seal the holes. He assured me that those holes wouldn't let any water get into the door panel. I am concerned about future failure of the door panel. I just want to get on record my concern. Great service from the beginning starting with the email notification of who was coming out and when they were on the way. Jesse showed up and started working, took old garage door out and put new one in. Picked up all garbage and made sure new one worked with garage door opener and was set correctly when coming down.
