I was shocked at how fast Precision was able to get a technician to my house. Jered showed up less than 2 hours after my first phone call and had my garage door fixed. He did an excellent job, had a great attitude, and provided estimates for follow work that may be needed.

Thank you for responding so quickly to my request for an appointment to adjust my garage door so it would function properly. I appreciated the fast service and that the tech. called and texted me that he was on the way, additionally, the text came with a picture of himself so I would recognize him. Very quick and efficient work and he showed me how to lubricate my garage door for better operation.
