He evaluated the situation and then gave his recommendations and why he thought it would be necessary to repair. Mentioned he had all parts available on truck. When I finally gave the go ahead to do the work he immediately started, worked in a timely manner & walked me through everything once he was done. Explained everything I needed to know on maintaining our opener & emphasized if we had any question to even reach out to him personally.
