I had a problem with my main control in garage the button was jammed up, Scott called and said he was in the area when my appointment was later this afternoon came over right away. Scott fixed the problem redrilled the holes for main board as it was messed up, very professional and curtious, asked if i had any other issues that concerened the opener or door. Scott did a great job.

Scheduling snafu was professionally resolved by Alison, and I now have a very sleek and QUIET garage door opener, with a new exterior keypad, two new remotes and a new master control panel .
