We had Chris come out to install two garage door openers. He also found issues with the spring and rollers. He arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He was thorough with his communication on the recommended services as well as the prices. His workmanship was superb. Our garage door went from shaking the house to barely even noticing when it now opens. Chris did an excellent job. I would highly recommend his service for your garage door needs.

11 out of 10! Can not recommend this company enough! Garage door opener broke on Saturday night, scheduled a repair and received confirmation that night. Received time frame Sunday morning and repair person was right on time Monday. Anthony tried a few repairs however my unit being 16 year old it was time for a replacement. Anthony provided me my options, and scheduled my replacement the next day. His and the whole companies communication was 2nd to none. The technician was very professional. He informed me of all the work needed to get the garage door working again, and informed me of some other issues that my door could have in the future. He answered all of my questions and gave me maintenance items I could do to have my garage door last a little longer. I asked him to send me a quote for a new door. He also stated that if I buy a new garage door within 30 days of this repair the money I spent on the repair would go towards the new door. I think that is fantastic! I am very happy with the level of customer service that I received. I will definitely be doing business with precision again.

Please note that service was not broken garage door spring. I only purchased two remotes. No other service was required. I have not received a receipt. I thought the cost of $249 was excessive for the 10 minutes of service. Lee Mellish

We were very pleased with the service and the courtesy of the Precision Door team. Initially a service call was placed on Christmas Eve and they came out right away and placed a bid. Due to other circumstances the work was placed on hold. The receptionist and Sean were so understanding and never pressured us to accept the bud. Our schedule finally cleared do we could proceed. We cannot tell you how Sean went above and beyond to work with the circumstance. The work was exceptional, the customer service above and beyond. If you are looking for a company that cares and can deliver on their promises call Precision.
