The technician, Adrian, quickly determined the problem with the garage door failing to open. He provided an understandable explanation of repairs and an estimate in writing. Work was accomplished in a timely and efficient manner. At conclusion, he offered to answer any questions after he explained the warranty. It was a pleasure having the services offered by Precision Door Service.

Our 20+ year old garage door opener finally failed, leaving my vehicle stuck inside. I called Precision Garage Door Service at 8:30 in the morning and they came out the same day! Sean kept in contact with me about his ETA. He quickly installed a new opener, tightened up the old door springs, and we were all set. The new opener is surprisingly quieter and has a much sturdier support bracket. Their customer service is fantastic, and I would recommend Precision to everyone.
