Jason was over and above on service and professionalism. My 2 garage door springs were broken and my car was stuck in the garage. Precision Garage Door Service was helpful and understanding of my situation. They didn’t give me excuses of how busy they were they found time to help me with my situation and fixed the problem with my springs. Real professionals are hard to find these days but they’re top of the list. Thank you Precision!

A small job, the door wouldn't fully deploy. Went online to find a repair. Precision was rated 4.8, other much less making choice easy. Made appointment online which was easy, available early the next morning & with immediate confirmation. Next morning I received another confirmation of time and also received call from repair person confirming they could actually be here early. Repair person on time, presentable, confident demeanor, full explanation while doing the inspection. An obviously intelligent, articulate, experienced person. Gave good advice on what should be done and did not strongly upsell-just enough. Did the work quickly and affordably. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Thank you

The technician arrived when expected. Our neighbor accidentally pressed the vacation lock on our garage door wall unit, so we could not open or close our door when we returned home. Jason trained us on how to turn this feature on and off. He also replaced our bulb in the ceiling unit. Great experience!
