When I contacted the office I was very impressed with the highly efficient response from the office in getting help out to fix the problem the same day. Christian arrived in a timely manner and provided a replacement for the broken spring. In addition, he replaced the end bearings as well as the bushing near the spring mount. The door closes very nicely and does not slam into the concrete when closing and the top fits snuggly for a tight closure as well. Adrian did a wonderful job replacing motors, rollers, entry button pad, and installing new motion detectors and new outside key pad. He worked diligently until it was all done, over 4 hours later! Anthony helped for awhile. Now when I open the garage doors it doesn't sound like a train is coming. Now they sound like an electric car coming (lol). Thanks, Adrian, for answering my questions. I will recommend Precision to anyone who asks.
