Jason was efficient and came in and got the job done. Plus it was very hot today, which is even more important that he was able to work through the heat. And very thankful for him coming out. The call service on the other hand was not so good. Tried 3 different numbers and was on hold for over 20 minutes on two of the numbers. Guess 3rd time is a charm. Finally got through and he was very helpful.

They did a solid job in repairing our garage door. They responded within 4 hours of our initial call and the door was up and running within an hour of their coming out. They were professional, courteous and friendly. I was very satisfied.

We pretty much knew what we wanted and Tim managed to give us exactly that. We were kept up to date on product shipment from the factory and when it hit Precision's dock, we were able to get it installed the next day. Jesse was our Installation Tech and he did a great job. He dove right in and got it done faster than we had expected. It looks great and is really really quiet. What's not to like! We happily recommend Precision to anyone who asks where we got our door.

Awesome company. Called today, the had a tech available today and he showed up on time. Anthony Morales was friendly,courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained the issue, gave me alternatives and explained them all. He was able to fix the issue today in a fast and timely manner. Sean was on time, professional and well educated on garage doors and openers. I had some issues left from a previous installer that he addressed (professionally and not condescending ). He noted some issues were installed incorrectly and that that the doors were not installed correctly. He provided a very fair bid for the work to repair. I would 100% recommend these guys and especially Sean. I will be looking to this company as my first call in the future.
