We though our garage door was not able to be repaired. The damage was really bad! Stephen was professional, knowledgeable and all around nice guy. To my surprise he was able to fix it. The service fee was not absorbent as others.

There was two hinges you charged 34.95 for each. They are available at Lowes for less than ten dollars each. That is an unfair markup so I guess guess I will consider that next time I need door service. Jered was very informative and got the work done quickly. I would definitely have him back. It was also not spring repair as listed in the service box.
