The safety eye sensors weren't working, I had put a bike hook through one of the wires I think. My wife has been on me for way too long to to fix this, after multiple failed attempts and a great deal of frustration, I decided to call a professional. Glad I did ! Anthony arrived promptly, trouble shot the problem, offered to repair it or explain it so I could repair it. I had him make the repair, running new wires. It would have taken me 3 times as long and at least 1 trip to the hardware store. He also gave me tips on lubricating the door to get a longer service life out of it. Very grateful, well worth it, I should have done this when it stoped working 2 years ago. Good, professional and dedicated employees like Anthony are hard to come by these days.
