Precision Door did a wonderful job on my garage door repair. From the timer I made my initial call until the job was done was only about 4 hours. Ben Balderree was able to resolve the problem(s) quickly. I was expecting to wait a couple weeks after he gave me the estimates to get the job done. I asked him how long it would be and he said 'I can fix it right now if you want". I have been waiting 3 months for another company to get out here and do the job, even after I gave them an outrageous deposit for the new springs. Ben had the job done in about an hour. He is a wonderful representative for Precision of Spokane and is worthy of a hefty raise! A job well done by all of you. Jerry Click

We had Anthony come out in July and give us a quote for the garage door opener. We installed drywall ourselves and he came back out this month to install. He came with an apprentice younger Anthony. I am glad that two of them came out. It cut down on the installation time. I think it was quality work on both parts. I would do business with precision door again. There were some staples in one screw left on the ground in garage but oh well.
