Adrian was a stellar support for us. Our garage door had been poorly and partially installed and Adrian was fantastic. He carefully explained what was wrong (and right) about the current set-up and how/why things needed to be fixed. Showed at appointed time. Inspected the door structure noted some wear did not pressure any repairs. Work was done in timely manner. Asked if I had any more questions about the door. Cycled the unit to see if it was working as designed. Right on with the opening and closing. Got his card and if need to will call as work was done right and in timely manner.

My remote keypad stopped working. I called Precision and they had Jered come out. He arrived just when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem. The part we needed was on the truck. Jared had us back up and running within 10 minutes. He was very friendly & professional. As usual, another great experience with Precision Door. I highly recommend using them.
