Jered was at my house in record time. He explained my options. I chose to have the rollers replaced and lubricated and the job was completed in about a half an hour. The garage door has never been so quiet.

Jered arrived on time and quickly assessed the garage door problem. He got it to work again (not sure why/how as we just used a different opener at which time all of the switches/openers worked. He left me an estimate for replacement and was on his way. Very impressed with his prompt and efficient service.

Anthony arrived even before the estimated time for which we were grateful. Being stuck in your garage is definitely a problem. He assessed the problems then assured us he could get it up and running in about 90 minutes. He was as good as his word and had it fixed promptly. In fact, it is running much smoother and much quieter than before the spring and cables broke. We are very happy with the outcome and Anthony was very pleasant to work with.

The installation, product and Tech's were fantastic. Had estimate done on 5/20, paid 1,600.05 that day. Received nothing in writing through e-mail. Door installation done on 05/23 paid 1,075.06 balance. Asked tech's for a copy of the invoice and proof of payment. Complained to them that we had not received anything in writing with estimate or proof of payment. They said not their dept. but would ask for a paper invoice to be sent me as well as an e-mail. Received request for a review on 05/23. Waited until 5/30 to call and complain about nothing in writing told them they had my e-mail since I was sent request for review on 05/23. Said office wasn't available but would get back to me. Was sent copy of bill a few minutes later in e-mail. Not happy with billing department at all!
