The garage door spring was not broken. My problem is that the garage door opens without me using any of the 3 devices, the remote panel, the powered control panel, or the handheld transmitter. The powered control panel was changed out, but did not correct the problem.

Your sale person and install personal where very professional. Your office staff needs improvement. They do not return calls and they just assume they know what you want. Not a great representation of your business. We realize that something are an issue due to supply issues. However, that does not excuse the lack of reponse to phone calls.
