I called Precision this morning at 8am and they had a tech out by 9:30 a.m. They are quick and efficient. The tech was very professional and got the job done! I would highly recommend!

Ben Cain spotted the issue immediately and repaired it. Gave me some pointers and issues that will come up at some point. I will specifically ask for him as I plan on replacing and adding garage door openers in the future (spring 2021). Whatever you're paying him, increase it. He's good at his job.

Sean was absolutely wonderful to work with and did an excellent job in explaining what was happening with my old opener and a couple of opinions available for me. The issue I HAD WAS WITH YOUR CALL CENTER....what a joke....with the great employees out there like Sean I wonder why you have the call center as your initial contact for potential customers. My garage door jammed halfway open on my new house and would not move up or down. Precision came out the same day and not only repaired the tangled cables, but also replaced the other mismatched parts (left over from the previous owners), got it working on the electric opener again and now the door works great.
